SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) - Former President Donald Trump has announced he will be campaigning in Savannah on Tuesday. Trump will be delivering remarks on the Tax Code and US Manufacturing on Tuesday, Sept. 24 at the Johnny Mercer Theatre. The event starts at 1 p.m. The former president's visit comes less than a month after Vice President Kamala Harris' visit. Georgia has been considered a battleground after Joe Biden’s 2020 win, the first time the state backed a Democrat for president since Bill Clinton.
