NEW ORLEANS, La. (BRPROUD) — New Orleans Saints tight end Taysom Hill will miss Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles due to a chest injury. The Saints ruled him out for the game Sunday morning.
Hill suffered a chest injury during Week 2 at Dallas against the Cowboys. He went for further evaluations at a hospital but was able to fly back with the team following the game. The Saints said they avoided anything serious with Hill's injury.
Hill did not practice on Wednesday and was a limited participant on Thursday and Friday. He was originally listed as questionable for Sunday's game but was downgraded to doubtful on Saturday.
With Hill out, rookie undrafted free agent Dallin Holker is expected to make his NFL debut.
