The Onondaga County Clerk’s office registered home sales during the week of Sept. 8 to 14.This week’s bargain sale was for a seasonal residence in the town of Spafford that sold for $4,700. County records say it’s an 832-square-foot cottage on more than half an acre lot. The property’s full market value is listed at $248,000.
