PENFIELD, N.Y. (WROC) — The Penfield girls volleyball team hosted Rush-Henrietta on Saturday afternoon, defeating the Royal Comets in straight sets. The Patriots took the first set 25-20 and the second set 25-17. Rush-Henrietta battled in the third set and led by as much as four points, but Penfield came back and held on to take the victory 25-21. Penfield (5-1) will host Fairport on Monday, September 23rd. Rush-Henrietta (0-4) will travel to Victor on the same evening.
