TOPEKA (KSNT) - Art has come to life this weekend in the NOTO arts district with NOTO Live. Within the arts district, artists and creators of all mediums joined together to inspire one another all for free. The annual event included live bands, acrobats, food trucks, and more. The CEO of the NOTO Arts District, Pedro Concepcion, spoke on what his favorite part of the art district is. "The fact that we are very inclusive make sure that everybody enjoys a little bit of everything. and that everyone has something to like and love," he said. "You know NOTO is very diverse and inclusive and you wanna make sure that everybody finds something to fall in love with NOTO. "  KSNT is a proud sponsor of this event.
