Catherine Hoffman (Sept. 14-17) indicates that she is concerned about “biased opinions,” but it is not clear whether she prefers more or less of such opinions.She presents a plethora of her own biased opinions and then labels them erroneously as “facts,” so I assume she is at least a proponent of disinformation.The former president deserved every bit of the bad publicity that his campaign stunt in Arlington National Cemetery brought down on him. Politics aside, character matters and honoring our fallen soldiers, sailors, and Marines is not something to trivialize as his actions did. I’m sorry, but there is simply no excuse for such disgraceful behavior.As an aside, attempting to paint The Park Record as “left leaning media” is a waste of words and ink.
