GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) -- A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle and seriously injured on Friday night, according to Greensboro police. Around 10 p.m. Friday night, a crash with an injury was reported on U.S. 220 northbound at the Interstate 40-85 ramp. According to Guilford EMS, the crash involved a pedestrian who suffered serious injuries. The road was closed Friday night due to the crash but has since reopened.
