EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 49-year-old man, with several active warrants, has been arrested after a fight on Aug. 19, according to the Socorro Police Department (Socorro PD). Francisco Javier Frescas, 49, had warrants for his arrest for parole violation and evading arrest/detention with a vehicle enhanced by serious bodily injury, according to Socorro PD. Local warrants were also added from Socorro PD for disorderly conduct and failure to appear. Officers were dispatched to a fight in progress on Aug. 19 at the 600 block of North Moon Road. According to Socorro PD, Frescas was later identified as one of the individuals involved in the fight and had several warrants for his arrest. Frescas' total bond is over $15,700, according to Socorro PD. Frescas was taken into custody without incident and booked into the El Paso County Jail, Socorro PD said.
