BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Caroline's Cookies is opening another location in Baton Rouge. The bakery shared in a Saturday Facebook post that its newest spot will be at 7575 Jefferson Highway, Suite D, in the Coterie Exchange across from Towne Center. "We’re on track to open by or during November, right in time for the holidays," the post said. Fans of Caroline's Cookies can still get freshly baked treats along with edible cookie dough bites, cookie cakes and slices. According to the post, fans can expect plenty of inside seating and a space to have birthday parties or small celebrations. Caroline's Cookies is also located at 10001 Perkins Rowe.
