Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine is calling cap on his ex-girlfriend’s bombshell claims in a lawsuit alleging multiple types of physical, emotional and financial abuse. The Brooklyn-born rapper, who last fall was arrested on accusations of assaulting two music producers, is the subject of a new legal complaint filed by his former flame Yailin La Más Viral. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the Dominican reggae singer claims that after she ended their relationship last month, 6ix9ine retaliated by sharing explicit photos and videos of her on social media without her consent. Yailin also accuses the rapper of drugging and abusing her to keep her under his control, fleecing hundreds of thousands of dollars to fund his own lifestyle, and coercing her into undergoing unnecessary cosmetic procedures. The 22-year-old “Perdi Mi Tiempo” singer is seeking more than $1 million in damages. Tekashi 6ix9ine has since denied all the allegations made in the lawsuit, saying he’s the one who helped Yailin out financially. “All that jewelry is mine …” the 28-year-old “Gooba” star said in a statement to TMZ. “That car she’s riding in I bought … the penthouse [she] got in the Dominican Republic I bought … I took care of her family, daughter — when I met her she had 2-month-old baby — I put Pampers and food on the table for them.” Yailin welcomed her daughter, Cattleya, in March 2023 with Puerto Rican rapper Anuel AA. The two tied the knot in June 2022, but announced their separation a month before their daughter was born. Yailin and 6ix9ine had been romantically linked since mid-2023, after they collaborated on his song “Pa Ti.” Yailin was arrested in December of that year and booked for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, among other charges, after she was caught on video hitting the rapper with a large piece of wood outside his Florida home. She allegedly told cops at the time that she got upset after 6ix9ine withheld her money and took her passport from her, according to the police report obtained by TMZ. The following month, the rapper was arrested in the Dominican Republic on charges of domestic violence against Yailin. Yailin in the lawsuit says she finally called off their tumultuous relationship in August after learning about the rapper’s alleged theft and fraud.
