CORONADO, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) -- Was an antisemitic flyer left on your vehicle in Coronado earlier this week? If so, you're not the only one. According to the Coronado Police Department, these flyers were left on multiple vehicles in the Coronado Village area overnight on Tuesday. "This matter is currently under review by our Investigations Unit," the department stated in a social media post notifying the public the incident. Suspects arrested after body found in makeshift grave at Balboa Park Some in the community responded, with one Instagram user commenting, "Speak out, educate your children and friends." FOX 5/KUSI has reached out to local authorities for more information, though no further details have been provided at this time. Anyone with information regarding these antisemitic flyers is encouraged to contact investigators at (619) 522-7350. This comes shortly after a SANDAG report, released earlier this month, showed a 133% increase in hate crimes across San Diego County compared to a report released two years prior. The San Diego County Sheriff's Department said it "makes hate crime threats a priority in its investigative and crime prevention efforts." To report a hate crime call (858) 868-3200.
