Rome, N.Y. — A former church pastor in Oneida County was sentenced Friday to three years in federal prison for child pornography possession.James H. Swanson, 59, of Rome, uploaded several videos to a cloud storage account he controlled during three days in March 2022, prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York said in a news release.
