SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- The KELOLAND Storm Tracker App has gone through an upgrade. We've been advertising the Storm Tracker App as having the power of the storm center in the palm of your hand. Here are upgrade details: First, the home screen shows both the three-day outlook as well as an hour-by-hour forecast for the next six hours. The daily forecast goes out to 10 days now, just make sure to scroll to the right. Slight chance for weekend rain; cooling The radar map went back to satellite view, which is what many of you wanted back. Of course all the other main features are there, such as access to our over 30 LiveCams in KELOLAND. Weather, news and daily forecast write-ups are updated at least twice a day.Don't forget about our stream of Weather which is now your 24/7 local weather station. And when the weather acts up in the fall and winter, you can check the Closeline, which shows the most recent closings around the area. The best thing to do with the upgrades is to explore them and become familiar with them. Of course, it's something that I use every day.
