The Georgetown Police Department responded to the scene of a fatal collision near exit 129 on Friday morning.The Scott County Coroner has identified the motorcyclist killed in the wreck as 30-year-old Joshua Shepherd from Georgetown.GPD asked drivers to avoid the area if possible.
