PUTNAM COUNTY, Ind. — A Reelsville man was arrested for online solicitation of a minor on Friday. According to Indiana State Police, a trooper and detective from the Putnamville Post were contacted by the Keller Police Department from Tarrant County, Texas, on Friday. KPD indicated a Reelsville resident had active warrants in Tarrant County related to child solicitation. Around 1:15 p.m., police located and arrested 36-year-old Kevin L. Thacker at a Reelsville residence. Kevin L. Thacker (ISP) Per ISP, Thacker was taken into custody without incident. He is currently being held in the Putnam County Jail, awaiting extradition to Texas. Thacker faces the following charges: Four counts of online solicitation (Level 3 Felony) Distribution or display of harmful material to a minor (Class A Misdemeanor) If convicted, he could face up to 16 years in prison.
