El Paso, Texas (KTSM) -- Some areas in Central El Paso and Las Cruces saw rain at around 9 a.m. Friday morning, while others just had cloud coverage. There is still a slight chance we could see isolated storms again Friday night. Now, let's look ahead to what we can expect this week. Saturday's high will reach around 94 degrees with partly cloudy skies. Winds will come from the west at 15 to 20 mph, with gusts reaching up to 30 mph. Stay indoors if possible. Sunday marks the first day of fall. The Borderland will still see windy conditions, with westerly winds up to 20 mph. We'll warm up to 89 degrees during the day and cool down to 62 degrees overnight. On Monday, expect more wind and possibly some haze in El Paso. Pollen count will be high, peaking at 9.1. Monday's high is forecasted to reach 87 degrees, the coolest high in the forecast, with clear skies and a chilly 68 degrees in the evening. Tuesday brings us a 20% chance of storms in the afternoon, possibly continuing into the evening. Temperatures are predicted to warm back into the 90s during the day, with an overnight low of 67 degrees. Wednesday's high is forecasted to reach a warm temperature of 90 degrees, with another 20% chance of storms starting in the afternoon, similar to Tuesday's forecast. As we welcome fall, the rest of the week looks sunny with warmer daytime highs ranging from the upper 80s to lower 90s. Our evening temperatures will stay on the cooler side, settling in the mid-60s.
