CHINA GROVE, N.C. – Deputies are searching for a suspect wanted for a reported arson in China Grove in August, according to the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office. It happened on August 18th at a home on Weaver Road. The victim’s security camera located a suspect walking up to the home holding a fuel can. Deputies said the victim was home at the time and was able to put the fire out. Damage was dealt to an outbuilding and to the grille and hood of a F250 pickup truck, officials said.
