BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Southbound Highway 99 traffic was backed up Friday after a semi-truck collided with a pick-up truck and overturned just south of California Avenue, according to the CHP Traffic Incident Information Page. A semi-truck hauling carrots and pick up collided in the center divider around 5:39 a.m., the page reported. The truck was overturned, creating traffic delays across southbound lanes.
