BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Kern County Fair is offering visitors a unique chance to meet rescued sea lions up close and take pictures with them.
According to Nikki, a handler, 17 different sea lions are part of the group, some going on tour while others remain at home.

The sea lion show not only entertains but also educates the public on topics such as sea lion recycling habits and the difference between seals and sea lions.
