The northbound lanes of Interstate 95 were shut down near 79th Street after a tractor-trailer rolled over and spilled fuel on the roadway. The accident happened at around 10 a.m., Friday. The only open lanes in the area were the express lanes. Authorities advised motorists to avoid the area as they worked to clear the scene and workers spread an absorbent material, similar to kitty litter, on the roadway to try and soak up the fuel spill. No injuries were reported.
