SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WFRV) - A 59-year-old man was taken into custody on Thursday night after he was deemed a suspect in a stabbing during a disturbance on Sheboygan's Kentucky Avenue. A release from the Sheboygan Police Department states that shortly after 8 p.m. on September 19, officers responded to the 1000 block of Kentucky Avenue for reports of a stabbing. Public Works official in Wisconsin arrested on battery charges, placed on administrative leave After arriving at the scene, officers learned that a 59-year-old man had allegedly stabbed a 41-year-old Sheboygan man. The victim was first taken to a local hospital for treatment but was later transported to a Milwaukee area hospital and is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Officers say they were able to find the suspect at a nearby residence, taking him into custody. The suspect is being referred to the Sheboygan County District Attorney’s Office for a charge of 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety.  Wisconsin authorities investigating early-morning BP Gas Station robbery The incident remains under investigation by the Sheboygan Police Department.
