ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Deputies in Yates County are searching for a driver who they said was involved in a hit and run that left a 1-year-old dead. The crash happened on State Route 364 in the Town of Benton Thursday. An exact time of day wasn't provided. The child was hit by a vehicle heading west. Deputies said the driver continued on afterwards without stopping or calling for help. Anyone with information is asked to call 315-536-4438 immediately.
