An 18-year-old woman died after she was hit by the teen driver of a pickup truck while crossing East 64th Avenue last week, according to the Commerce City Police Department. She was not in a crosswalk at the time. The boy, who was driving with a learner’s permit, left the scene but later returned with his parents.
