KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Kansas City, Kansas police say they have arrested a suspect connected to a deadly shooting earlier this week. According to KCKPD, the Wyandotte County District Attorney has charged 53-year-old Willie Lee Rucker, of KCK, with second-degree, intentional murder, criminal discharge of a firearm at an occupied vehicle and unlawful possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Man shot-and-killed outside of Kansas City gas station near 71 Highway KCK police officers responded to the area of N. 7th Street and Parallel Parkway just after 10:40 p.m. Tuesday on reports of a person lying in the street. When officers arrived on scene they found a man, identified as 44-year-old Jimmie Clark, Jr., with apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Rucker is currently being held in the Wyandotte County jail on a $250,000 bond. Download the FOX4 News app on iPhone and Android KCKPD says the incident is still under investigation.
