Ritual Chocolate will host a Make Your Own Chocolate Bar class Friday, Oct. 25 at 6 p.m. at its tasting room in Heber City, 2175 W 3000 South. Attendees will spend an evening learning about and tasting handcrafted chocolate at a hands-on, two-hour class that includes a tasting and tour as well as the making of a personal chocolate bar using Ritual Chocolate’s molds and tempered chocolate. There will of course be fun extras, too, like sprinkles, dried fruit and more. You can also bring your own ingredients you think might fit for a chocolate bar.
