ST. ROSE, La. (WGNO) — A new air quality monitoring system is coming to St. Rose. According to a news release, IMTT is partnering with the Louisiana Action Environmental Network to build four new "neighborhood-based" air quality monitors in St. Rose, where IMTT's main storage facility is located.
