UPDATE (9/19/2024): James Moore has been located and is safe, IMPD confirmed. ------------------------------------------------------------------- INDIANAPOLIS — Indy police are asking for help locating a missing man last seen downtown. IMPD Missing Persons Detectives sent out an alert Thursday afternoon asking the public for help finding James Moore, a 58-year-old man last seen in the 300 block of S. Illinois Street. Moore is described by IMPD as a 6'7", 240-pound man with black hair and brown eyes. No clothing description was provided.
