CSFD posted to social media on Thursday, Sept. 19 just after 1:40 p.m. that crews will remain on scene in the 220 block of Bear Creek Road to overhaul the area. On Thursday, Sept. 19, CSFD posted on X (formally known as Twitter) just before 1:30 p.m. that its crews were on the scene of the fire, which is burning in the 220 block of Bear Creek Road. CSFD crews stated that the grass fire was "slow moving."
