BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — In preparation for the 21st annual Walk for Down Syndrome in Bismarck this month, Century High School is hosting its own walk on Friday, Sept. 20. Students and leaders of the Peer-to-Peer Leadership program worked together to plan this event. The program pairs students with disabilities and student mentors without disabilities to promote inclusion. Student performance data released for 2023-24 school year The walk is happening Friday, Sept. 20 from 8:20 a.m. to 3:28 p.m. The statewide walk is happening Sept. 28 at the State Capitol, starting at 10 a.m. You can participate by walking individually, registering for a team, or donating.
