BUCKEYE LAKE, Ohio (WCMH) -- More than a year ago, Buckeye Lake resident Pam Spring called Better Call 4 after she bought a pair of shoes from HeyDude.com. When she tried to return them, she got the runaround from customer service until Better Call 4 stepped in and got results. Watch: Federal government handing out Hey Dude refunds "To me, it was more the principle, which is why I contacted you, because I thought, people need to know that this company is not going to deal with you if you order shoes on the website," Spring said. Months after that, the Federal Trade Commission stepped in on behalf of other frustrated Hey Dude customers with an investigation and court orders. Now, the agency is handing out refunds.
