ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Rochester police have identified the victim who was shot and killed inside a Hollenbeck Street body shop. Just after 9:00 p.m. Rochester police responded to Hollenbeck Street for the report of shots fired and were immediately directed to the auto shop where they found one man who was 'clearly deceased' from multiple gunshot wounds. On Thursday, police identified the victim as 29-year-old Christopher Romero-Warren, who worked at the body shop. Investigators said he was working late at the shop before the suspect went in and shot him multiple times. RPD said Romero-Warren appears to have been the intended target, but no suspects are in custody. They are working to figure out a motive for the murder.
