I70 ramps closing tonight in Topeka

TOPEKA (KSNT) - The Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) will be closing two ramps in the Capital City for a resurfacing project.
Starting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 19, the westbound I-70 exit to northbound US-75 and the Gage Boulevard entrance ramp onto westbound I-70 will close. KDOT will have marked detours and encourage drivers to use alternate routes. The closures will last until 6 a.m. on Friday.

The closures will impact:
The westbound I-70 exit ramp to northbound U.S. 75 will be closed. A detour will be posted taking motorists to Fairlawn Road, to eastbound I-70, to northbound U.S. 75.
The Gage Boulevard entrance ramp onto westbound I-70 will be closed. A detour will take drivers to eastbound I-70, to MacVicar Avenue, to westbound I-70.
