SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - Police seized a ghost gun during a disturbance call on Spring Street in Springfield. According to the Springfield Police Department, at around 4:50 p.m. on Sunday, officers were called to an apartment on the 0-100 block of Spring Street for a disturbance report. Upon arrival, a victim and child were allegedly assaulted and the suspect possibly had a gun. Home invasion in Enfield; police looking for 3 suspects The suspect refused to open the door for the officers for about 15 minutes. When the suspect did open the door, officers could see a firearm on a couch. Officers were able to gain entry into the apartment and secure the firearm.
