TAUNTON, Mass. (WPRI) — A homicide investigation is underway in Taunton, according to the Bristol County District Attorney's Office. Police were called to a mobile home on Lothrop Street around 12:30 a.m. Thursday for a report of a shooting. Khamitri Cole, 17, of Brockton, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the DA's office. A second man, only identified as an 18-year-old from Holyoke, was also shot, police later learned.
