SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- Authorities are investigating a vehicle versus pedestrian crash that happened at 14th and Minnesota Ave. on Thursday morning at 6:30. Former Canton township treasurer behind bars Police spokesman Sam Clemens said the pedestrian stepped off the sidewalk into the roadway and was hit by a vehicle. Clemens says the pedestrian was crossing against the "don't walk" signal. The pedestrian was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The pedestrian was issued a Pedestrian to Obey Traffic Signals citation.
