LEFLORE, Okla. (KFOR) — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) has issued a Silver Alert for a missing man last seen in Tulsa. According to OHP, Arthur Murphy is 77-years-old, 6’1″ and 230 lbs. He was last seen on September 18, 2024, at 8;00 a.m. in the area of East 48th street S and S 169th East Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in an unknown clothing description. Murphy is diagnosed with dementia, according to police officials. If seen, call 9-1-1.
