GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - Local Five Meteorologist Ryan Kudish has spent the last year working to put together stories highlighting sustainable living throughout northeast Wisconsin. After putting in the work to create these Sustainably Speaking reports while also completing his on-air meteorologist duties, Ryan's hard work is being noticed by those outside of the Local Five studio. “I love people”: Students in Neenah surprise beloved 100-year-old Arline Dabill on her birthday During Thursday morning's Local Five This Morning, Ryan was surprised live on air as it was announced that the Fox-Wolf Watershed Alliance will be giving him a Community Impact Award specifically for the work he's done with the Sustainability Speaking series. The Community Impact Award is awarded to multiple local individuals, groups, or businesses as a way to recognize their efforts to improve water quality in our region. Ryan will receive this award at the Fox-Wolf Watershed Alliance's "The Happiest Hour" event on October 10 at the Hillside at Plamman Park in Appleton.
