Patchy dense fog will be a problem through mid-morning in many locations. You'll have to slow down and take extra time to get to work or school. Sunshine will take over with another hot dry afternoon. This pattern will persist and not break until early next week. Another hot and dry afternoon Fog will cause low visibility in some areas before sunshine takes over and the fog lifts. Temperatures will climb quickly to about 80 by noon. It will be another hot and dry afternoon with temperatures in the upper 80s. It won't be quick as cool overnight and fog won't be a problem with a low in the lower 60s. Temperatures will climb again on Friday to near 90 with more sunshine. The weekend will begin with hot temperatures again with a high in the upper 80s. The weekend will still be dry with several western weather systems getting closer A western weather system will bring more clouds and increase the chance of showers by evening. Temperatures will still be in the lower to middle 80s. Falling temperatures and the best chance of showers will come Monday with highs in the 70s. It will finally begin to cool down by the beginning of next week Temperatures will stay in the 70s closer to normal/average temperatures for late September. We'll see a chance of showers through the middle of next week and temperatures will stay cooler through the end of next week.
