MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Falesia Green, a mother of three, is struggling to feed her children after falling victim to SNAP benefit theft – twice. The first incident a few months ago saw hundreds of dollars spent in a New York store, a location she's never visited. Wednesday morning, history repeated itself. Falicia woke up to find her funds spent in Jamaica, another place she's never been to. "I checked my balance like at 5:30 this morning and they had swiped it at five different locations in Jamaica," she said. "It added up to like $800, $900."
