DE PERE, Wis. (WFRV) - In promotion of their new website being launched in promotion of Fox River Classic (FRC) Youth Football, a group of teams held a photo shoot and practiced with some football players at St. Norbert College on Wednesday evening. St. Norbert invited FRC teams to come out and watch practice, holding the photoshoot before practice. But, the FRC players didn't know they were getting to work with the college players, a special surprise for the youth. “I love people”: Students in Neenah surprise beloved 100-year-old Arline Dabill on her birthday "One of our coaches for the 7v7 program invited me out to St. Norbert and we sat down and talked," FRC Youth Football Commissioner Steven Childers said. "We're working on doing some partnerships, this is going to add tremendous value to the program at FRC." Childers said it's special and adds so much for the kids, allowing them to see a high-quality facility, which isn't an everyday occurrence for youth players. The partnership is ongoing, and while they're not sure what it will look like, Childers said he's hoping to get the kids as involved as possible.
