Orangeburg, SC (WOLO) — Orangeburg county deputies are continuing to seek answers in an unsolved homicide in the area. Sheriff Leroy Ravenell says on October 15, 2022 investigators were called to the then-RMC Hospital after 36-year-old Michael Frasier, arrived there with gunshot wounds and later died. Authorities determined the shooting happened near a David Street home in Orangeburg. Hospital security video showed Frasier being dropped off by another man that was later identified and interviewed.
