ORIGINAL STORY: Missing teen last seen near Briargate early Wednesday WEDNESDAY 9/18/2024 4:04 p.m. The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is asking the community to be on the lookout for an at-risk teen who was last seen in the early morning hours of Wednesday, Sept. 18. According to CSPD, 13-year-old Elizabeth Rose Herndon, who goes by Lucas, was last seen around 1 a.m. on Wednesday in the 800 block of Telegraph Drive, in a neighborhood southeast of Austin Bluffs Parkway and Research Parkway. CSPD said Herndon is around 5'10" tall and weighs 165 pounds, with short brown hair and blue eyes. Herndon was last seen wearing a red and gray Stranger Things hoodie, black pants with white skulls on them, white high tops with red soles, and a black backpack.
