MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) – The Jolly Shows Carnival is back in Clarksburg starting on Thursday. The carnival is located at the Clarksburg Outlets, and it will be there until Sept. 29. 32nd annual Poolesville Day to bring community fun There will be over 30 attractions including carnival games, food and several rides. The carnival was supposed to kick off Wednesday, but the start was delayed due to inclement weather.
