WalletHub, a personal finance website offering various services to help people improve their financial situation, compiled a list of the top 100 best coffee cities in the United States, and two of them are right here in the Badger State. Madison is Wisconsin's first entry on WalletHub's list, ranking #73. The Wisconsin State Capitol garnered a 41.81 total score. In comparison, the best coffee city in the United States received a 67.01 total score. Milwaukee is Wisconsin's other entry, ranking #83. Milwaukee received a total score of 38.81. WalletHub listed Portland, Oregon, as the best coffee city, primarily because it has an extremely high number of affordable coffee shops rated at least 4.5 stars out of 5. Portland also has the ninth-most coffee shops per capita that offer free Wi-Fi.
