(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is asking the community to be on the lookout for an at-risk teen who was last seen in the early morning hours of Wednesday, Sept. 18. According to CSPD, 13-year-old Elizabeth Rose Herndon, who goes by Lucas, was last seen around 1 a.m. on Wednesday in the 800 block of Telegraph Drive, in a neighborhood southeast of Austin Bluffs Parkway and Research Parkway. Courtesy: Colorado Springs Police Department CSPD said Herndon is around 5'10" tall and weighs 165 pounds, with short brown hair and blue eyes. Herndon was last seen wearing a red and gray Stranger Things hoodie, black pants with white skulls on them, white high tops with red soles, and a black backpack.
