A 30-year-old man was arrested Tuesday for suspicion of domestic battery and a combined felony warrant alleging domestic battery by strangulation on an elder and abuse of an older or vulnerable person, according to a Carson City Sheriff's Office booking report. An investigation led to the arrest of Clinton Page who was booked for the warrant and the alleged domestic battery incident Tuesday. According to the report, deputies were dispatched at 1:36 p.m. to the 3300 block of South Carson Street for a domestic dispute. Dispatch advised deputies that two subjects were verbally and physically fighting inside the residence. Dispatch also advised Clinton Page had a felony Carson City Justice Court arrest warrant. Deputies arrived and contacted the victim who advised his son hit him and was still inside the residence. Officers observed minor markings on the victim's head. A deputy called for the suspect to come to the door, which he did and was placed into handcuffs. Dispatch confirmed the combined warrant out of Carson City Justice Court for alleged domestic battery by strangulation of an older person and abusing an older or vulnerable person. He was also booked for second offense domestic battery stemming from Tuesday's incident. Bail: $25,137. In other arrests: — A 49-year-old Carson City man was arrested Tuesday, 5:17 p.m. for suspicion of misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentence. According to the booking report, the man had marijuana paraphernalia in his vehicle. The man is on alternative sentencing with conditions to not be in possession of alcohol drugs or paraphernalia.
