Watch: Infant reported missing from east Columbus Four-month-old Kesean Bailey was last seen near Citizens Place and Refugee Road, and may be with his mother, Kristin Bailey. Kristin is Kesean's custodial parent. Kesean Bailey was reported missing from east Columbus on Wednesday, Sept. 18. (COLUMBUS POLICE) Kesean has black hair and brown eyes. He is approximately two feet tall and weighs about 35 pounds. Kesean was last seen wearing off-white pajamas with dinosaur pictures on them.
