WASHINGTON (DC News Now) -- The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) is asking for the community's help in locating a suspect after a man was shot and killed in an alley in Northeast. Police said that just before 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 15, officers were called to the 400 block of 50th Street for a shooing. There, police found 44-year-old James Price, who had been shot, in an alley and unconscious. Police said DC Fire and EMS were called to the scene, but Price died.
