WASHINGTON (DC News Now) -- The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) is asking for the community's help in locating a suspect after a man was shot and killed in an alley in Northeast. Police said that just before 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 15, officers were called to the 400 block of 50th Street for a shooing. There, police found 44-year-old James Price, who had been shot, in an alley and unconscious. Police said DC Fire and EMS were called to the scene, but Price died. Police said the department is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information that leads to an arrest and conviction. Tips can remain anonymous.
