NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Much of the Hampton Roads region experienced traffic delays Wednesday morning on I-64. Multi-vehicle crash causes delays at the HRBT According to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), as of 7:50 a.m., all west lanes are closed on I-64 near Norview Avenue due to a vehicle crash. Courtesy: VDOT In addition to the tractor-trailer crash, two other crashes on I-64, one near Tidewater Drive and the other near Military Highway, impacted traffic Wednesday morning.
