BOONE COUNTY, Ind. -- Drivers encountered significant backups Wednesday morning on I-65 north of Indianapolis. A semi truck crashed on northbound I-65 at mile marker 147 just north of Lebanon and south of the closed rest stops. According to the Indiana Department of Transportation, the semi overturned. Traffic cameras showed significant backups. INDOT said the right lane was closed. Initially, the incident closed northbound I-65 entirely.
